RT 08 | Lessons on Grief (From Someone Who Has Been There)
On today’s episode, our host Cherry Rose discusses a topic that is uncomfortable and taboo even today: grief. As many of you know, #realtalk started after the passing of her only sibling. For over a decade, she and her brother were dedicated to financial inclusion for all (“fighting for the bottom billion”).
Given the pandemic and Black Lives Matter, many people are facing incredible amounts of pain and loss. It may be a failed business, all the way to the death of a loved one. In such moments of despair, many of us tend to withdraw into a shell and refrain from talking about our emotions. Furthermore, maybe you are feeling emotions that are new, like rage or sadness.
Cherry Rose shares her intimate and personal experiences with grief, and ways to process grief as a normal part of the human experience. Tune in now!
